Firstly mentioning someone's ign against the person's will is violation of ToS.
Secondly, you just called it a 'hunch' based on no evidence whatsoever.
Third and lastly, the way you over-reacted to his ignoring your pm.. clearly says it all...
I don't know if this is your personal issue or not.
But without actually evidence dont blame anyone or use their igns against their will.
