Question about plat offers

I did the evermerge offer on my old other phone and got the reward
I now have a new phone 1-2months like and i wonder if i m allowed to do the same offer again or if i get punished for it.
And i did some offers which i dont remember, if i do them again without realising or knowing it do i get punished?
Cuz there s also the same offers on both plat offer brands.

Yea u can get banned for this i have some friends in guild that got banned for redoing same offer on different device

Yes you can get banned from what ive heard.
I would also like a Dev response though. Just to confirm/clear things up.

Im a long time player/spender, because of the extra 50 plat cost on eggs and auras forces me to do offers here and there. (I see what you did there $t$)
and i often come across offers that ive done before. I completely avoid the ones i remember doing before, because losing my account would be the end of my world lol.

Ive been playing for 7-8 years. How do you expect me to remember an offer i did 8 years and 20 phones ago. Idk if switching phones has anything to do with it but if so, how is that our fault?

Imo whoever is in control of the offer platforms need to do some work. Because they gave us an offer we already did.(im no rocket scientist so dont attack me just my opinion)
