Having some stacking issue on the new sunny set

So i just got my set and i read the description in it. And when i tried it. Killed a couple of mobs, it doesn’t stack at all. I do have 3/3 pcs set and use them while killing the mobs. Is this some sort of a bug or did i misunderstood the description.

Stacking means it stacks with other elixirs and buffs. Not that the effects stack infinitely with itself.
