Is it possible to make a pet into an egg again? I was opening Eggs to maintain in LB and i opened too much egg it was laggy and I accidentally opened my heroic samael. I’m trying to save it for a new Character I’m going to make next event but now I opened it is it possible to turn it into an egg i swear i accidentally opened it like 2 minutes ago and it’s still level one no slotted egg and it’s in my level 76 mage. I already have too much pet in that character so please help me and turn this pet back into an egg thank you

Did This Mistake before With Arc werewiger but didn't Try to Make a Ticket or Ask devs cause I thought it would be a Bit Unfair if They well Return it Anyone Can Just ask Devs to Get There Opened Pets Back to Eggs

I sent them the support ticket hopefully they would receive it and review it. I have experienced lag when I open Arlorian 2021 eggs and this is what happened. It was totally my fault for not paying attention but it was not my intention to open the heroic samael egg hopefully Sts devs could help me out. Thank you guys for helping me and giving me tips. So they have responded and told me that it is not possible for my heroic samael to be turned back into an egg again. If it was possible for some other players I wonder why it’s not allowed for me. They didn’t give me an explanation why it’s not possible. I hope they could explain more why they can’t turn it back. I haven’t touch pet or used it. It’s just in my stable bcuz as soon as I accidentally opened it while opening arlorian eggs i reported it to my friends and made this thread right away. I hope i could receive an explanation or solution for this That’s all. Thank you guys for your support have a great day

Probably because people would just open the egg, run around and flex the pet for a bit, and write support to get your gold back. I do see that you got it favorite'd, maybe thats why. Or maybe you had it summoned, running around towns, gh, houses with it. Idk.

Due to a wide variety of reasons (largely related to exploits) we do not return Pets to their egg form.
This has been official policy for many years now.
