Racism in AL

So lately there's been this one player going around arlor with a very offensive guild title referring to black people. If you know who it is and what it says please don't post it because it's not for the forums. I sent a screenshot to sts and even a screenshot of this players response which also was very offensive. Racism of any sort shouldn't be allowed, whether it's typed to the player(s) or in a guild title. I sent the screenshots to sts weeks ago and this player is enjoying the title like it isn't bothering anyone. I'm tired of seeing it.

Yeah i know who youre talking about hes made several guilds with different variations of the name i also took screenshots but havent sent it to sts. He was talking to a few people in public chat and they seemed to not even be bothered by the name. Hes also always typing the word in chat

I feel like a username filter should have been implemented of stuff that people should have limits to because it’s very offensive when someone just randomly playing and they see something disrespectful toward a race they had no control being

Hey guys what about the covid virus? it killed millions of people and yet there is still guilds and players named covid, isn't that as disrespecful or more than just being insulted with racial slurs?

Reported players and guilds are under review (or they have been reviewed).
If you experience harassment - including a name that is patently offensive - report it to customer service.
