Login Methods Not Linked

Email, Facebook & Google+ login methods are not linked.
I created my account using email & have 2 toons on it but if you select Facebook or Google+ as your login method it starts a whole different account instance. Including beginning tutorials. I have Facebook as a share option in the social tab as well.

On a side note Facebook isn't auto-sharing neither.

Each log in method is intended to be a different account. However, you can contact support and ask them to merge your accounts for you.

I've already done this through Support but during the whole correspondence, it was stated that the Facebook login was supposed to be linked with the email so they would be 1 in the same logging in. It took quite some time to get it all straightened out.
I reported this @ the same time I was corresponding with tech support.
