Lv40/41 PVP as Lowlevel?

yesterday i saw a lv12 Engineer in Lv40 PVP-Match. :O
How is that possible??

Well L35 can join at L40 fight right? if an L35 joins, can an L30 join, and so on, even if that L40 never left?

the level 35 has too host for a 30-40 to join its a 5 level gap

so thats not possible did you see the guys actual level or did he say he was level 12 ?

thats normal its a 5 level gap so a 35 hosted

I get a level 33 with a 40. But if even a 33 hosts a game with a 40/41 no way a 12 could join. Serious glitch.
