Stuck at main quest

All i know is that i headed to garreta and do other quest before having the chance to face the troll, the letter wont drop anymore and i can't progress. @Futumsh

There are no prerequisites for the messenger that drops the letter spawning, so should work just fine.

when you kill troll and witch in ydra3 - get close to exit from map and wait, after 5sec will appear animal with your quest
