Contest: Find DL Apple submission date 250k prize

Simple contest and the winner will be awarded with 250k in gold. All you have to do is be the first to find a definitive date that STS submitted the game Dark Legends to Apple to be reviewed for release.

Rules:

Must be a quote made by a dev/mod taken from the forums, complete with working link so that it can be easily referenced.
The words "submitted to Apple" must appear in the quote.
Any entry must be dated before this contest began.

So now the challenge, find me conclusive proof that DL was submitted to Apple... Go!

sorry, insufficient evidence... it has to be a statement from the devs or mods that is actually HAS been submitted, not just some round about hypothetical statement like "as we go through Apple approval process". We are looking for the actual statement that it was submitted.

@Fyrce, this is the same carefully worded statement, really, and it doesn't say that the app was ever submitted.

That's an assumption. It is in fact the assumption that everyone is making. But it is not evidence that the app was submitted.

This has already been quoted and rejected several times as evidence. It does not say that DL was actually submitted. It could be a purely hypothetical statement.

Well, what I heard was that sts is in talks to buy apple and they aren't going to release it until the deal is finalized.

If you read the OP it has to say that DL was "submitted to Apple". It isn't enough to quote "when, or if" and blather about last year because that does not say it has been submitted.

Remember, you're trying to convince a total skeptic, me. Gluttony started this due to a discussion we had in chat in which I said that the devs never actually said that DL has been submitted. All these quotes were already used in that discussion.

You're not gonna find it because it hasn't been said.
