Why is it 4 vs 4 and not 5 vs 5 ? And my main concern is: how would we join same game without any other players being in the game? We can't kick players out of the game, neither we can create a private game... That's gonna be a big issue IMHO

4 v 4 was put in place to have 2 officials per match to record official stats and to secure the rooms. True, anyone can join room but, we will try to find a courteous means to remedy the situation as it arises. This is just something we thought would be fun for people to do if they would like to participate (plus a great way to meet new friends and opponents to play with and against in the future).

Why not just screen shot the win? Then you don't need officials.
