Blinky/heroic blinky

I opened heroic blinky expecting its passive to be useful then regular blinking in pvp. Looking at it now I don’t understand why passive is better with regular blinky then heroic. Pics below Don’t know if it’s supposed to be like this. but after testing other heroic and regular pets majority of the pets had better passives. Pics below heroic pet but it’s a downgrade🥲

Need a confirmation at least just feel like it was a waste of gold after buying and leveling Lol.

This is probably balancing since it has high dmg output maybe you will unlock the +5% armor reduction +5%crit reduction toxin spread at pet lv20-30-40 I'm also confused at noe since final passive is at pet lv50

Yea but comparing it to other legendary to heroic pets passive is better overall just not getting why blinky passive worse then others

Not a bug. Their passives advance at different rates. At 17 blinky is already using his top level passive, whereas heroic blinky has 4 more levels to go.
