I cant use skill in hardcore mode

Please help me to fix this bug it cannot cooldown and so difficult to use skill
Its so hard to lvl when the skills is not working

Sometimes your mana is so low that even at 100% you can’t cast a skill , so you do need a bit of int

If your total mana pool is less than the cost of using the skill, you can't use it. Put some points in intelligence for a larger mana pool.
