None, except you need them for seasonal aps. Statswise all original pets are bad nowadays and make very small difference. Nilbog might be the only good AA out there. Try to get one of the event pets. Heroic fatima was probably the best so far but almost every of them is worlds apart from the pets you can loot in regular maps.

Nilbog was 2015 or 16 from goblin event. I am pretty sure you mean wrath jaw since he gives 20 int and 10%dmg.

Loki and kettle- almost any elite brackenridge boss
Wrathjaw - all elite bosses in dead city
