    Default BONUS Preview 5/19/21 | Expansion Sneak Peek!

    Legends, are you ready? The new expansion is in the works and this time we're diving deep into the depths of the ocean surrounding Arlor.



    In this clip, we explore the wreckage of the "Mighty Wind" merchant fleet. They found a new world on the eastern side of the sea... but were destroyed by an unknown force on their way back to Paradise Pier.

    What other mysteries are in store? We'd love to hear your theories in the comments!

    Will the map have a 360 view as displayed in the video? Is that squid a new aura or perhaps an artifact? Mage map also appears to have 2 bosses, are these mini bosses or regular bosses? I’m dying to know! Otherwise, the map itself looks awesome!

    No. The 360 View is a designer / world-builder view - the standard camera angles will be applied in this zone.

    It would be nice to have a 360 view option in setting for maps. I fully understand the maps are not developed fully for 360 view, but I know I (and a lot of players I’m sure) would really enjoy this option. Is this a possibility for the future?

    A time limit would be a neat twist to through in, which could be justified by the map. Air pockets would be another way to change things up, players need to get to an air pocket zone every so often to avoid drowning. (Just a thought!)

    I have seen every single pixel of the map content in full 360 view and strongly disagree with the option to view the world in this fashion.
    We won't be adding this in the future because it will add weeks (possibly months) to all new environmental content.
    That said, we will continue to make all House and Guild Hall assets friendly to 360 views. I dislike how this change has increased development time, but it's the way of things now... and we won't be going back to fixed cameras in houses (no matter what I say). :-)
