What is so bad about rushing in ctf? I thought it was always ffa...

Spawning is annoying someone. Don't over do it or you're just being mean.

PvP games should be FFA unless it's stated otherwise by the host, or decided by the people in the game. Being that things are the way they are, people should ask if its FFA or 1vs1 when entering a game. I have that as one of my quickchat slots. If you don't like how the host decided the game should be, leave. But being a 8 year old and rushing without paying any attention to whether or not it actually is FFA or 1vs1 is a little ridiculous. I mean, I get it if someone is stealing the flag, but to come into a game and assume its FFA and getting booted is nothing to whine,scream, or cry about. Honestly, if anybody did that, they've gotta be pretty unintelligent to not know better.
