Hi @devsMay i know if we have pirate booty this year cause my 2 new friends (new in AL) are excited about what I discuss, and this is about pirate booty wherein they actually get a lot of gold for buying good items. By the way good event in May June and July
and Im curious of some not familiar title of event Excitingggg thanksss devs.

If theres any actual non vanity hoarders or people who have been told they can make gold in this event, looking forward to this event ill say one thing.... in booty even if u farm 24/7 u probably wont get close to what you'll need for what u wanna buy. last year literally every gear/items just skyrocketed in price even if the booty was so called "nerfed" or changed.
the reason is gold loses its value massively, doesnt do any good for most of the player base. but only people who hoard heck tonne of vanities... because vanities last year went frmo double to ten fold(.. nomatter what there will be botters with multiple account farming the event all day long making it worse.
so spent your time grinding evg/events its the most worth thing to do. u are effectively making multiple times worth than what u get in booty.

Last years booty had its drops significantly reduced, so much so I decided to run Gates and Deep instead of how painstakingly slow booty did.
Everything in general rosed right after. But not only because of booty, but also consider Blotto's influence that occurred right before booty.
And we all know how individuals have made 8 to 9 digit figures from blotto at the end of the week staying afk, with god knows how much alts.
So, If the developers can rework and return blotto, then surely they can treat booty the same.
Because booty gave new and less fortunate players to atleast earn a stable source of income for the week. There were alot less of the already rich community that had ran booty last year, it was not worth their time, and gold loots influence was negligible since it was reworked - hence, they went back grinding the usual gates/deep for the most part.
If anything, booty to an extent had made the gap closer of being to afford the necessary equipments for those newbies.

I don't mind if STS held booty event again this year. Those who say no to booty and afraid of inflation are just another hypocrite. Lets be honest here, it's not booty event that ruined our market..the real culprit is EVG and DM. I myself can farm 1m per hour while EVG is open and bear in mind that its not only opening once a year just like booty did.
Now, tell me how does booty event that occur once a year can ruin the market?? so, +1 for booty event which may help new player.
