25% speed elix vs 30% speed elix

Hi guys i'm a bit confused, can someone enlighten me. When I wear a 25% speed elix, the change is noticeable but whenever I wear a 30% elix, It's not. it says that it doesn't stack so I didn't wear any 25% speed elix, i'm still very slow. Since it's 30% it should be faster right? if they can't be used, why the hell are they so expensive on auc haha. I would appreciate if you would make it clear to me. Thank you

It can stack if you use the free speed elix in store and watch a video, however its only for 30 min till store elix runs out, that i am 100% sure that it stacks, about video and auc elix i am not 100% sure but i think they cant stack

30% elix doesnt stack with speed sets, and with some old pets' HB and abilities which gives speed
25% stacks with everything

25% sometimes in auc too..... stacking

Auc lix doesnt stack with speed set that mean it would stack when u wearing with other ring amulet then any of speed set
