I've asked around and it's 340-360 energy. This is assuming you're running with randoms where Henrod or The lizard might spawn.

AT MOST 400 if you have bad luck with bosses..

your math is right but you have to consider the rate of spawn of each bosses varying across the tier as you progress through the game. In my experience, once I've reached gold tier, it's super rare to encounter the first 2 bosses (im doing solo to avoid random player with lower tiers). It's faster this way since it's always the lady of the forest or ursoth boss that spawns. I've reached plat tier with around 300 to 350 runs.

Roughly 280-300 runs to hit plat tier.

As the event prolongs more people will be at higher tier so it'll be more likely to get troll and witch. My 1st acc got to plat tier in 3rd day and took 230 runs

Takes a long time after reaching plat to get that lady Forrest! No long grinding points, but a very slow token grind!
