Fix old weapons,

Nerf the glint aegis as it is lvl 46 weapon which is still one of the best war weapons used in lvl 76 cap, all other class weapons got nerfed like mages Dragon staff, Flame staff, Balanced staff, Its about time same rule apply to other class too.
A quick fix would be after a certain lvl it can't taunt the mobs or reduce the number of mobs can be taunted by it.
