as u know glintset for mages isn't good that much ...
if u make it : enemy slain by lighting strike have 100% chance to dealing damage to nearby enemies
will be more useful

With glint set ur stats aren't very good so with this "skill buff" wouldn't make a big difference , but glint set passive for mage is rlly very bad at all compared with rog/war glint proc, i could suggest a new upgrade on other skill wearing the set like clock skill pulling enemies in the center of it, since war is a pull skill(axe skill) and rog is 100%pull chance with trap skill also, but glint set too old to make a change now i guess...
Although rog glint set passive still useful especially on maps like Frontier.

This "100% pull chance" is broken, with 2 mages in party it rarely pull mobs, almost never, devs wont fix or change old things if it doesnt give them money, i guess same will be with mage's glint set, rip
