To be in an endgame pvp guild u gotta be pretty good. If u quite decent, then i'd personally look no further than Influence - absolutely great bunch. Revelation, Unity, Rated M might be a bit too hard to join. Oh yeah there is Fight Club too.
You should speak to gms in the game. No one's really gonna invite you through forums.
