im pretty sure elondrian weapons alrdy have a vanity version in game for a long time, which u even still can turn into the vanity today ureself.
(Elondrain bow, gun and bulwark,)
"forgetten vanity" means turning old items into vanitys and not bring back alrdy existing vanitys.

Warrior's version of elondrian vanity weapon was never released. That's why we ask for it.

Wings yes. Weapons no (they don’t exist for all Classes and the ones that do exist don’t really work outside of the NPC that hold them in the Chancel).

Wearing all three pieces will summon the aura particle effect you see on those same Chancel NPCs too ;-)
