Quest "Better, Faster, Stronger!" (Kraag, Baldur)
Quest says need upgrade item...
How to complete it? I'm warrior lvl76, upgraded 2 items with damaged nature jewel (lvl60 Lightbearer aegis of will and lvl61 Dusk staff of fatality), still can't turn-in that quest, tried to equip upgraded item - nothing changed...
I have this quest unfinished on other chars too, I'm sure i tried upgrade items there too but quests still not ready to turn-in

Kind of strange, but I think you have to complete the item upgrade while in Kraag, Windmoore, Kelys, Stronghold, or Paradise Pier.
You have to stand near baldur or it won't work. you don't have to use his craft station but need to stand close to him.
