My idea is to make an item as interesting as possible. Press a button and have the following features on a pop up window:

- Timer, to know when the item expires
- Option to make an offer
- Option to see the best current offer
- Message from the seller (maybe to promote his own item)

It's like a little advanced version of the current system on forums for trading. Feel free to express your opinion about it.

My idea for the system of offers:

Pay the amount you are offering only if you will be the best current offer. If a better offer comes, your gold will be returned.

Additional option:
Turn down your own offer to get back your gold. Maybe someone posts a better item and you want to pay for that instead.
