Nah, in all seriousness, there's a little thanks button at the bottom of everyone's post. There's also a little green thumbs up to add to a users reputation.

No, rep is the green bar at the top, if you want to become, forum adept, or a senior member, it depends on how many post you have I think for senior member is 500 but there is also elite witch is 1337 hope I helped
