Fathom Crypt and beyond...

I am confused...

I got to lvl 23 in Fort Blackstone and can't get any more exp, so I purchased Fathom Crypt and I didn't realise it wasn't a town where I could get more quests, so I purchased Lost Expedition too and it's the same thing!

How do I find the quests?

quests dont give experience...quests are just money. level in the lost expedition by grinding.
