The Black Ops and Uncle Sam sets that are sold via FREEDOM XL only contain two (2) items each.Originally Posted by FFA
Uncle Sam set is a 2pc affair while the Black Ops set requires a looted weapon to activate.
Description is trying to convey the bonus you get from each set, but I think it needs to be changed to avoid confusion.
