Hey Cinco, The event earned set of blackout vanity isn't giving the vanity weapon. I just bought it and only received the helm and armor...

The Black Ops and Uncle Sam sets that are sold via FREEDOM XL only contain two (2) items each.
Uncle Sam set is a 2pc affair while the Black Ops set requires a looted weapon to activate.

Description is trying to convey the bonus you get from each set, but I think it needs to be changed to avoid confusion.

More xp orbs for lower lvls
