Hitting friendly party members

Hello.
First of all I have no kind of proof or figured how this happened, but I was spamming autoattack, and suddenly when I looket back at my screen.
I had targetted my party member, and I was able to hit him, so if anyone else has this please report.
I do know the person who got hit by me so he can also approve this.

Anyone else having this?

We had this happen during our LE run, one of our 2H bear-bears started killing our Enchantress.

I haven't had this, but in the new Frosty Dungeon I have a hard time telling the mob Enchantresses from the Players. They look exactly the same (minus the name) =P

Yea I've had bears run up to me and start swinging since I have frost armor and a lightning wand lol

I replicated this yesterday.
I had a mob targetted when i died, when i got the ress, i openes the menu and closed it, after that i accepted the ress and i jad the healer targeted, this only happened once and im unsure if this was the exact procedure.
