It would severely ruin the market.
Such as Ava belts with para, are worth around 2-300m with a good armor awaken.
Drag swords, Drag Daggers, and Drag Staffs, para Arcane artifacts from lv30-40 would also take a huge drop in value. Making the collectors who own those item, lose hundred of millions of gold. Now, a new gem like the post above stated, could be a nice move. But to bring back the para gem itself, in a event/lock..., would be a very very bad move on their part.

I think last special gem was that skull gem right.
I would like to see a new special event jewel which can be only craft able during event and have its special effect . Not aura though lol there are already too much of them.
Who will not give any stat but 1% base stat or 1% all stat.
Or .5 all stat and 1%gl or 1%bd/ed
Something special and new buff.
Or if its locked at only 1 jewel benefits as para then
Add like 10% hp/10%gl10%base stat any one of them
