I had a friend once who kept switching back and forth from his phone to pc because his phone battery kept dying during our long ctf pvp clashes. He was then banned. Not sure if thats still a thing.

it's fine . and it's allowed ... to play in any device but I'm not recommending to use any emulator... Ex. Nox etch. just avoid using it.
just use Internet browser when playing in PC ... have fun ...
