Bring back jarl event!!

This is one the most fun event that i have played since 2013.

It would be nice if this event has a comeback sooner than October.

Also i want a new addition.

Cinco, also i have another request related to the houses environment. Please allow is to our alts houses even if they are made private.

Also please consider to allow the alts to make edits within houses.

I would avoid ask sts anything and let them concentrate mainly on expansion :|
