Why awakening event if there are no items to awaken

It is possible, but with friends, pretty much no random Will invite you anywhere. Today its required to spend around 60-70m to buy gear just to be able to play the game normally, what is ridicilous

I think 70m we can only get weapon and aa..with decent awaken for sure.
