Misleading description for Dark Binding

I know we don't have access to this skill yet but the description for Power Level 1 states:

x blood, 10 sec. cool-down, 12m range, 108 damage + 5 sec. root. Charged version: 6 targets, -12 armor, 118 dps + 7 sec. root.

If this is truly a damage-over-time skill then the 108 damage should be 108 dps for 5 seconds. Also, the number of targets isn't specified for the "normal" version of the attack - unless this was intended to be a single target attack? Then again, that would make the charged version look a whole lot stronger.

This line actually means 108 damage is dealt and a root effect takes place for five seconds. I see how you read it as 108 damage over 5 seconds, and I will see if I can talk to someone about making this more clear. Thanks for letting us know.

But charged version says 118 dps + root.
So does normal do single damage and charged one over time damage(dps for x seconds)
