Confusion about the season 22 badge & banner

So last season (21) we had a purple & gold badge with a purple & gold banner as seen below

So this season (22) we have a dark green & gold badge , but the banner is dark green & purple?

Can’t really grasp why the matching themes were suddenly stopped?

The badge Will be gold and some other colour every season, not every banner should be gold and some other colour because it would get repetitive and sts would run out of colours xd

Would be nice if the banner and badge were fixed to match. If it had nice colours I mean if they made the banner pure black and gold and badge pure black it would make it look 10x better. Oveasly everyone wanted badge to be gold and that's why we all ran but that's not happening. However improvements are important i would love for sts to allow players to make a vote as there's been some controversy on this. To be honest XD If they changed the badge back to gold I'd prob have to spend a tun more plat to keep my spot. Even if the badge and banner was fixed to pure gold and black I'd prob spend a bit of plat going for that XD thought I'd make a appearance as this topic comes up alot XD.

The badge colors are in relation with the banner inside color, the borders won't always be gold since every season badge has the gold crown

Tbh not fussed about the gold frame myself personally. I am a little disappointed that they whent from flashy gold badge to a very poor colour XD of something I care not to mention I mean pure black looks neat and flashy XD as a close second to pure gold.
