You currently aren't a Luminous Templar. You started the rebalancing quest.
Buy i have halo and all. Maybe i took this quest by mistake, how to drop this quest, i don't wanna rebalance

It's nonsense we can't just drop a quest cause maybe was mistake to take it, i don't wanna rebalance, i am glad of my halo

There are some pretty explicit warnings before you take that quest. You can ask support about it if you want - I don't know what their policy on it is.
