New Lich Ap missing! Help

Everyone in my party got the ap and i did not!

I crafted this darn totem 2 times i dont want to do it a 3rd as its costly.

The second time we did everything right as the whole team got the ap but i didnt.

While wait for the shield to change for the last totem i died. But i was there when all totems were used and i was there when boss died.

I didnt get the ap though. Can you pls help me? Or explain please.
