The plat tier is like a lb award. When was the last time you have received 250 platinum for reaching plat tier?
If this tier would be called something else. Maybe you guys wouldnt complain.
Please dont reduce the point nor increase event runtime. Its perfect the way it is.

Nobody is forcing you to play this event.
You dont have to get the plat tier reward even though the compensation for it feels like a lb award than a tier.
if the plat tier were an lb it would be an lb and it wouldn't be a tier.
obviously I wouldn't complain if it wasn't a tier for the simple fact that IT WOULD NOT BE A TIER , just read it to know that it's written tier and not lb.
anyway I respect your opinion even if I don't agree...

this is subjective as it depends on who your player base is and who youre trying to please. Those that stay home and have nothing else to do under lock down may have plenty of time to reach plat tier but at the same time they may not be the ones buying the plat. Those who work and buy the plat may not have time to reach plat tier. I see the drop rate for the locked crates is high, giving the impression you want people to buy plat to open them. People may not want to buy plat if they feel that the game is taking advantage and not giving everyone a fair shake at the free to play portion of the game.
This is different, in 1 energy event you must have energy to go to the event, if you do not have time to farm free energy, buy it with gold or platinum and save time, and farm only points to be in lb. Here the energy farm is replaced with points, but the time spent gathering energy is not compensated, which will make it much more difficult for people who have a more busy life to go to plat tier. I don't think the amount of points is bad, but the time of 7 days is very little, compared to other events. It would be good to extend the event to 2 weeks, or at least put 1 option with which to be able to buy point in some way, gold plat or token ... I hope you have understood my point. thanks anyway.
if all players or many players reached plat tier.. then then plat tier reward will be not meaningfull or costless.
so hardening to reach plat tier now is a great.
this is like LB. the reward are meanibgful but harder.
its a good move by sts.
