I believe that Eli will be fixed when the new content update goes out.

Carapace may chime in on this, but just wanted to let you know that we've uncovered a bug with Eli Holden. After your feedback, the team went looking to make sure he was working as intended. Apparently, he's not quite. Looks like the fix will be held up to go out when the new game client (currently in review with Apple) goes out.

He is a super rare, that's the theory but I don't think it has been confirmed yet that I've seen.
Testament has been offering 100k for his head, and has been looking for him for a while now if you're interested.

I know. I have been farming him for Testa and for the reward that is why I am asking. To be sure to farm him correctly

Reading his description, he owns a hunting store and hunts more than animals. So city area, probably one with a hunting store as a background.

No confirmations yet on this map the speculation comes from this map being to only one not having any other reported spawns, and eli having no reported sightings.
At least that's what I've been told, so far no certainty on either that map or eli

I see. If i may make a suggestion, find anyone who plays with an unlocked cam view and ask hem to run all 3d mission that are in a city setting (red light district, downtown suburbs, slums) checking for background, specifically for an outdoor sporting goods store.

I'd help but i can't play non locked cam. I get lost and i'm annoyed by the up down angle. (the swivel like PL is fine though).

I like unlocked cam more. Death from above does not have a shoping background

Low possibility, but not impossible. Until a dev comes out and says there are no map with 2 bosses, we can't rule it out.

Considering the fact that Execution bosses drop in some of the same locations (like Agra Ek and Ellie Fantone spawning in both The Witch's Lair and Cultist Crypt), I think its safe to say that Eli Holden will spawn in more than one map.

I've been hunting ELI HOLDEN far longer than anyone else. My PVE kills was 80k at that time and now its almost 130k kills. Aside from Eli Holden i have killed everyone on that list at least 2x, some more than 5x already. My point is, maybe its about time STS should check on this. Maybe Fox is right? An Execution Spawn Bug or something? Please check DEVS and stop making us look like a fool on hunting for som1 that don't exist!!!!

I've called it in game already, he doesn't exist yet and it's a super sneaky way to keep us playing the game trying to finish the achievements

Just to help you it would start like this: Once upon a time I was eating popcorn pizza and drinking beers. When I was finally drank the Santa Claus seemed green to me and I started wondering about the Devs making us farm and farm to raise our pve kills in a hard struggling try to find the rear hunter named Eli Holden. Whenever a poor farmer was near him Samhayne closed the servers. If someone finally found him a virus was sent to his phone through DL and at 10% of ELIS hp his screen became black, he died and a message saying:
"Sorry you found Eli" appeared....
