Offer Error
Since the hourly 'Earn Platinum in Pocket Legends (MMO)' became daily.
I've decided to do the 'Want to see more offers? Visit Tapjoy to earn rewards and personal app recommendations!' offers.
I've installed 'Phoenix Nest' and run the app, like they asked you to.
But the offer didn't completed.
I thought it was a bug so i tried another offer.
I've installed 'Glory of Sparta' and run the app, like they asked you to again.
And the offer was not completed again...
By that you mean? You didn't get the plat but you did open and run the app?

Do i need to complete the game so that i could complete the offer?
i do the same things to earn plat sometimes... however, not all of the apps function correctly. i do this and i see that i did not receive all the plat that it said that i would receive in game. now that the hourly one is gone (for me at least), i rely on apps for plat more than ever.
and no, u do not have to complete the game. but for some apps, it is required that u perform certain actions within the app to receive ur plat. so generally no, completing the game is not required

These free offers are all ran by tapjoy. your going to have to contact them for issues like these. There's a link somewhere i believe when your looking through offers that says "didn't receive your in-game currency? click here!" or something along the lines of that. Just let them know your issue and maybe support will help ya through it.

]Yeh I've been having multiple problems with Tj lately. Ever since before the dub xp wkd i havent been able to get a single free plat offer. I mean Im not worried about it as i can buy plat. But for others it may concern a problem. I hope Tj gets it fixed soon! And sometimes it can take up to 2 days to receive the plat.
Edit: also i use Tj from a droid. I heard ios got a new system? W3i or something like that.

Works fine on my iOS. I have an older iPod, so maybe the new versions are having trouble?
Yes that could be the reason! Well hopefully they get it solved soon. I managed to get some today though ^_^

Hey I'm using the 4th gen iPod with the highest iOS, and had the same problem. What I did was go into my account settings and saw that my tapjoy account was still set to my old iPod 2nd gen. So go into your account settings and make sure you have whatever device you are using to download the app selected and in use. It may ask you to install a profile for a new device to the account. I'm not sure but it did for me! Hope it helps
I've done this before and gotten the deserved platinum awfully quick, in a mannerly time. But yeah basically on some offers you actually have to spend some time to enable the offer.

Did another page come up? It usually has some words and then a orange banner below. That what the other page has.
Just how long was that?
