Guild event issue

So recently, our guildmaster had started a guild event for boss kills but forgot to add some maps. But it seems that he is not able to edit the eligible maps, or even cancel the event. Could you please look into this ty.

Once started it should not be editable. Would not make sense for it to be because it would be unfair as 1 gm could change the maps on people mid event say if kt4 was open and half the event people farmed that for pts 100K+ pts then they switch it off and switch mogera on making it very unfair.
