Event elixir sale
Its fixed now, can close thread.
Someone ign "Uiyaubo" is unable to purchase event elixir with his vales / red coins. He is level 76 and owns both red coins and vales on that character, I made sure before I posted because I thought it wouldn't show up if you didn't have them but he does. He says his main can buy the elixirs but this char can't.

This happens when the Platinum elixir is already active.
