Two quick questions .....

#1 Am I the only LVL21 with out the FATAL BURST POWER/?? Everybody has it!! How come I don't? I could have sworn I saw a LVL18 with it...how do I get it? ;-((((


#2 What is LVL22? LITERALLY I looted some items that I cant equip cos I'm a 21'ner

Lvl22 items are a sneak peak of whats coming soon. (when cap is raised).

You should get fatal burst. Vermin swarm is really nice.
