Nope, nothing. Likely just a ridiculous amount of plat [xp enhancers] and what I call xp leeching. XD

you can cap to 41 in 3-4 hours if you use 4x enhancer along with the "gain xp in any map" enhancer.
if you go to cycrops, you can get approximately 25 xp in 20-30 seconds (with 4x, 120 xp per run)
someone in his/her guild probably let him leech while they were farming kills :P
Edit: its also 2x week. So you could get 220 xp per run
which means you can get 28k xp in 1-2 hours easy :P

As popular said its way easy to do that,as we all know many people farm kills at cycorp lvl 5 (lots of them in his guild) so all he has to do is join their game n sit wid 4x xp n enable xp
not even close to a pro
On the other hand ihavenokills does xp farming like us..(pro)
