Quick simple question.

I see a lot of people claim that they have fps lag real bad very often. What is the name of your device in which you use that has a lot of lag when playing al? If its a computer what cpu gpu do you use and how much ram do you have?
I am using an older phone [galaxy s7 active] and I don't ever have an issue with fps lag. If you use a pc I would direct you towards using firefox.
This thread is for Fps lag discussion. Nothing related to ping.

Opera gx(gaming version of opera) is great.
Give it a try..u can even remove alt+f4 and Ctrl+w and all other shortcuts which mess with gameplay.

Im playing at Pc graphic card gtx 750(old one) 8gb Ram, and Im getting incredible fps drops when theres too much effect at the current screen. It kinda annoying me coz in the past I could play nornally.

Yeah chrome consumes more ram. It sucks but fire fox or opera are both very good and a lot better than chrome. I actually swapped to fire fox because I ran into an account sync issue with chrome. Any time I would close it and reopen it, I would be logged completely out of everything so I went to firefox and at the same time realized its alot better than chrome. Though I didn't experience lag in chrome since I have 16gb ram 2060rtx etc.
Try out firefox and opera and see which is better for you, I stuck to firefox because opera just has a ton of extra stuff I won't use.

Forgot to mention- also with fire fox if you switch tabs it won't log you out of AL like chrome does. I can leave my tabs open for hours and they won't close / refresh.

on an old old old phone we have, i do experience lag but it is a phone made in like the 1800's or whatever.

Mac book air glas fiver connection wifi and it still lags. If you ask me the reason is that the sts server is not able to give me enough speed.

Im using Iphone 13 max pro
And i have reguler lag, and ping spike
While my wifi is 5G and smooth while watching movies online or YouTube.

Its true encyptions, maybe its more, where r u from, im asian and we have bad pings too never under 300.

Ping lag is normal for everyone but fps lag is different. Ping is the server response so if that lags it will not let you use skills etc but fps lag is frames per second. If you have fps lag then your game will freeze / will not be smooth at all. I can't help with ping issues but fps I can help with by giving advise.
Fps lag is this. Fps is dependent on your devices specs (cpu gpu ram). Ping is dependent on your location and wifi speed.
