Ebin Aegis Lv 81

Hello fellow Arlorians,
i was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny (preferably a dev :3) something regarding the Ebon Aegis proc's dmg refl.
The way i always understood its lv nerf was
10%per lv, which made me think, at its current stage it should be 2000%/lv71 -50% due to 5lv to 76, that whould be 1950% dmg refl. at its current stage, which whould result in 1900% at lv 81.
Now a friend told me that ebon aegis will have 0%dmg red at lv 81 due to its nerf taking 50% of 2000% which makes it 1000% in its current endgame stage lv 76.
So to get to my question: which way does the ebon aegis proc nerf work?

> Example a) & b) for lv 76 <
a) 2000% - 50% = 1950%
or
b) 50% of 2000% = 1000%

> Example a) & b) for lv 81 <
a) 2000% - 100% = 1900%
or
b) 100% of 2000% = 0%

Please let me know in the commemts below which of the procs nerf is correct a) or b)

It'll be 0% reflect at 81..pretty much only useful for the x2 hp.
That's my understanding.

Always has been like that...prolly to make the weapon less and less useful per expansion so people don't have to use 50 weapons by 2030 ig.

Why not?.. Glint aeges and terror blade still actual, and dnt go down in price. But this stuffs 46 and 66 lvl. Ebon aeges 7lvl and with 81lvl upcoming, this stuff been useless? Cool.

Why not?.. Glint aeges and terror blade still actual, and dnt go down in price. But this stuffs 46 and 66 lvl. Ebon aeges 7lvl and with 81lvl upcoming, this stuff been useless? Cool.

Glint is not op...lvl 76 arcanes enables it to deal that dmg...so credit for arcs 76.
Also tb is just rare..and it's proc is just utiliy so pretty much unnecessary
Ebon is not useless lol.. at 81 it can still be used for x2 hp which is massive

I dnt say glint is op. I said that still usefull stuff. And without 76 arc stuffs, glint much usefully than 71 ebon sword.

Dude it was there for like 2 years ..nobody did anything recently.
Tbf ebon aegis is broken to an extent. 2000% reflect is busted ..so it has to go down overtime or just straight up nerfed..better option is the first and they did it so..no complaints.

Reflection still feels somewhere around 2000% for me btw, used to test it with reflection ultimate, so I guess its 1st variant

no worry..lvl 46 glint aegis n lvl 66 tb are still op(proc) than lvl 81 weap...i doubt they will nerf ebon aegis like that...or mybe 1 week of nerf like that n then they will say its a bug n revert back to normal...oppsss...i manage to catch the script xD

Swrd isnt useless, only if use it with 76 arc gear. We now talk only about sollo weap, without anything.

So is this supposed nerf to the ebon aegis just fake news and rumors? Possibly speculation? Cause the way I see it, ebon aeg works perfectly fine at lvl 76 meta and lvl 81 cap is just +5 levels of that, so where's the problem? Do we just automatically double the dmg reduc nerf from -50% to -100% cause of 5 levels above?
