Platinum offers not eligible?

Hey all, just a quick question about free offers. I've been on game for a while now and never been able to do Plat offers. Anyone have any idea why?

Before plat offers did not work for me either, but then i read the rules for the plat offers and realised what i did wrong. They work, just read throught the rules before you do the offer and follow those rules.
