Wisp holder wisp not moving

Idk if it is supposed to be like this, but winky wisp is stationary when placed on a wisp holder. While other aura like blizz rotate. It's kinda unfair if you ask me. Could you please look into it?

All wisps are supposed to be stationary in the holder, that's an oversight on our part. For now, we are going to follow our original intention by making them all stationary. For those that want them to move, in a future client release, we plan on having either the option of toggling the motion from the wisp holder, or releasing another wisp holder that displays moving wisps with a way to craft one from the other.

That's kinda unnecessary tbh. Making the existing holders move should be more than enough

I like the toggle idea. Options are good.
