Guild Arcanite throne

I Can't seem to find a recipe for guild Arcanite throne.
There's only volcanium throne recipe at vendor, locks don't drop it and I haven't seen anyone saying they looted recipe from boss. So this year no arcanite Throne recipe?????

Nope, same as previous year (2020).
I think arcanite throne is from arcanite event 2019.
