Is there dungeons and dragon (game) app for ios?

Are there any dungeon and dragon game apps out for ios? If so, could I have the name(s) please? I've been looking but I've had no luck!

Preferably a game where I can pass'n'play with friends, thanks.

Tsr had a few online things for awhile. A character,encounter, and monster builder for 4th edition. Collapsed for 2 reasons, one being that if u had these you basically didn't need to buy their books, and claimed lost revinue due to filesharing.
Beta testing for the 5th ed is goin on now.

lol, nah, no nerd points lost as I wasn't positive. I just vaguely recalled the wotc logo on my 3rd edition books. Couldn't check though as I'm at work.
